WAITING TIME POLICY
Starting 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup, a charge of $1 per minute will apply for excessive time waiting for client. For domestic flights, 1 hour of grace time will be granted from the time the plane arrives at the gate before waiting time charges apply.
International flights will be given 90 minutes of grace. Seaport pickups will have 1 hour of grace after the scheduled pickup time.
CHANGE IN PICKUP TIME POLICY
Adjustments to pickup times will be granted on a “can-do” basis. If the schedule allows for flexibility, changes can be made. If not, the scheduled pickup time still applies subject to the waiting time policy and the cancellation policy.
LATE BOOKING/ ON-DEMAND SERVICE POLICY
Any reservation or booking in which the client gives less than 24 hours notice before the time of the scheduled service, a 20% administrative fee will be added to the cost of service. Sufficient notice requires all information required to provide service. If less than 4 hours notice is given, a 30% administrative fee will be added.
DEPOSIT POLICY
While a deposit may be required in certain circumstances to reserve a particular vehicle for service, these deposits will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
DRIVER SWITCH POLICY
Driver assignments may be changed at any time or for any reason at my sole discretion.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If contact cannot be had with the client within 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup, the full rate charges will apply in addition to waiting time, if applicable.
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome in our vehicles. However, if the pet causes damage or makes a mess in the vehicle, repairs and/or professional cleaning charges will be added to the full rate.
EXTRA STOP POLICY
Extra stop charges are $20. Extra stops made within the same (gated) community are $10. Unannounced extra stops will be granted on a "can-do" basis. If the day's schedule allows the driver to accommodate the client's request for an extra stop, the stop will be granted subject to the rates stated above. SUVs and other specialty vehicles may be subject to higher charges. If applicable, waiting time at the extra stop will accrue according to the rate above after 15 minutes of grace.
SURGING GAS PRICE POLICY
Effective immediately, once gas surpasses $4.00/gal a 15% fuel surcharge will be added to every service. This surcharge will stay in effect until gas falls back below $4.00/gal. The Shell station at the corner of Boynton Beach Blvd and Congress will be the point of reference. If gas surpasses $5.00/gal the surcharge may be adjusted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to date and time of reservation, otherwise full rate charges will apply.
LATE NIGHT/EARLY MORNING POLICY
Any service scheduled to begin between 12:00am midnight and 6:00am will be subject to a 20% administrative charge. Any service that begins between within the above hours will be subject to this fee. That includes flights that are either or early or delayed that now fall within the window. Similarly, delayed or early flights that do not arrive within the window as scheduled will have the fee dropped.
HOLIDAY POLICY
All services booked on federal holidays will be subject to a 25% administrative fee. This policy will be applied to the following holidays: New Years Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (PM only), Christmas and New Years Eve (PM only).
